Hard Capsule: or two-piece capsule which are composed of two pieces in the form of cylinders closed at one end. The shorter piece, called the “cap”, fits over the open end of the longer piece, called the “body”.
The cellulose used to manufacture HPMC capsules is derived from trees, inert and free from animal source related issues. Low moisture content, ideal for moisture sensitive and liquid formulations.
HPMC Capsules are odorless and tasteless, easy to swallow and effectively mask taste and odor. The oral bio-availability of these capsules is identical to hard gelatin

From the inside out:
The inner bag is anti-static PE bag with the thickness of 0.06 mm, use the tie belt to fold the tie mouth.
The outer bag is PE bag with the thickness of 0.05mm,use the tie belt to fold the tie mouth.
Inner box 3-layer corrugated carton: Specification: 530mm*420mm*680mm scotch tape seal.
Outer box 5-layers corrugated carton: Specification: 550mm*440mm*720mm scotch tape sealed, and then two longitudinal packing belts.
Storage precautions:
1. Keep the Inventory temperature at 10 to 30℃; Relative humidity remains at 35-65%.
2. The capsules are supposed to be kept in clean, dry and ventilated warehouse, and are not allowed to be exposed to strong sunlight or humid environment. Besides, as they are too light to be fragile, the heavy cargos should not pile up.
